Abhishekh Adhikari

Principal Owner

Advocate Abhishekh Adhikari is the Principal Owner of Adhikari & Associates. With over 22 years of active legal experience in Nepal, he focuses on dispute resolution through the courts, environmental law, corporate advisory, and civil matters. He holds dual Master of Laws (LLM) degrees—in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and in Environmental Law from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University—following his BSL LLB from ILS Law College, Pune University. He is an active member of the Nepal Bar Association, Supreme Court Bar Association, and LawAsia.

Radheshyam Adhikari

Senior Advocate Radheshyam Adhikari brings over 50 years of historic legal, constitutional, and parliamentary experience to Adhikari & Associates as Mentor. A Former Member of Parliament and Constituent Assembly Member who contributed significantly to Nepal's democratic and constitutional development, he has served as President of the Nepal Bar Association and Ex-Officio Vice President of the Nepal Bar Council. He holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Tribhuvan University.

Niranjan Acharya

Senior Advocate Niranjan Acharya serves as Mentor at Adhikari & Associates, with more than 45 years of practice at the Bar of Nepal. Renowned for his courtroom acumen and institutional counsel, he serves as Legal Advisor to Kathmandu University. He is a senior member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and holds a Bachelor in Commerce and Diploma in Law from Tribhuvan University.
